I have experience in many areas of employment and labor law, as well as housing discrimination and personal injury.  One solution simply does not fit all, and I will personally work with you to craft a solution to your problem.

Employment and Labor Law Employment and labor law problems come in many different varieties, and over the last 20 plus years I have handled a great many different types. I work with clients to try to determine the best solution to their workplace problems. In some cases it will be necessary to go to court and aggressively seek a monetary settlement, however, obtaining a fair and just severance package or mediating a problem might be the first choice in other situations.  Obtaining a reasonable accommodation for a disability, an end to on- the-job harassment, a prompt return to work  with enforceable protections from retaliation might be the preferred outcome to a different type of dispute.

Housing Discrimination Discrimination in the rental of housing continues to be a problem for many minorities, as well as families with children, the disabled, as well as for providers of child day care. I’ve successfully represented a number of clients who have been harassed or denied housing because of these factors, protecting their civil rights and their homes.

Personal Injury In addition to car accident cases, I have represented individuals involved in bicycle accidents as well as slip and fall.
